Who You Are
We are seeking a
Senior Product Manager
to take strategic ownership of the eCommerce experience end-to-end, with a strong focus on optimisation, experimentation, and commercial outcomes. This role will provide leadership across product, eCommerce execution, and digital optimisation, working closely with marketing, technology, data, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Own the eCommerce product vision and roadmap, focused on optimising online performance and driving revenue growth
* Lead optimisation of the eCommerce experience across navigation, search, PLP/PDP, checkout, and onsite merchandising
* Identify and prioritise initiatives to improve conversion, engagement, AOV, and customer lifetime value
* Drive data-led experimentation and continuous improvement across owned digital channels
* Act as Product Owner for the eCommerce platform (Magento; Shopify desirable), working closely with engineering and delivery teams
* Partner with marketing to optimise acquisition, retention, and lifecycle performance across key channels
* Ensure analytics, reporting, and customer insights are accurate, actionable, and aligned to commercial KPIs
* Align stakeholders across marketing, technology, data, and operations to deliver against a unified commerce strategy
* Provide strong product leadership, improving focus, prioritisation, and delivery outcomes across the team
Requirements:
* 7+ years' experience in Product Management, Digital Product, or eCommerce roles
* Proven experience optimising large-scale eCommerce platforms with clear commercial outcomes
* Strong background in conversion optimisation, customer journey mapping, and experimentation
* Experience working in retail, consumer, or omnichannel environments
* Hands-on experience with Magento (highly desirable)
* Experience with Shopify (desirable)
* Strong understanding of analytics and optimisation tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, and experimentation platforms
* Experience working with marketing platforms (e.g. Dotdigital or similar) and campaign attribution
