Key Responsibilities:
* Payment Gateway Support: Providing first-level childcare software helpdesk assistance, sharing product knowledge and troubleshooting, responding to transaction and payment queries, acting on declined payments, and logging all calls and emails accurately.
* Office Support: Coordinating stationery and office supplies, general office and facilities assistance, and occasional invoicing and receipting tasks.
