We are seeking an experienced financial professional to join our growing organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the finance team and senior manager, focusing on accounts payable and receivable processes.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
* Ownership of accounts receivable processes from end to end, including fortnightly invoicing, handling customer queries, and ensuring accuracy in reconciliation of payments
* Assistance with preparation of financial acquittals to funding bodies, including government departments and NDIS schemes
* Aiding the finance team with fortnightly payroll processing and month-end activities
* Support with all aspects of accounts payable, profit/loss analysis, and return submissions
To be successful in this role, you will require previous experience in a similar financial capacity, specifically accounts receivable and payroll processing. IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, finance, and payroll systems are also essential.
