Project Manager or Senior Project Manager - Construction An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join a reputable construction business and lead the delivery of high-profile projects across the Sydney market.
High-rise experience is essential.
This role requires an accomplished leader with proven experience managing projects from conception through to completion, ensuring delivery is achieved safely, on time and within budget.
You will be the key point of contact for clients and stakeholders, while driving performance and accountability across your project team.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, resourcing, and delivery of construction projects from early stages through to handover Oversee head contracts, subcontractor agreements, budgets, and progress claims in line with company standards and industry regulations Develop, monitor, and control project programs, ensuring cost, quality, and time objectives are achieved Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, including clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to project teams, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and KPIs Drive WHSE compliance and embed a strong safety culture across all project activities About You: Tertiary qualification in Building, Construction Management, Engineering or similar Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior project management or leadership capacity within construction Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated experience managing budgets, forecasts, and contract administration Skilled in project planning, scheduling, and reporting using construction management software (MS Project, Aconex, job costing systems etc.) Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Proven ability to deliver large, complex projects in line with scope, timeframe, and budget Please email your CV to All applications will be held in the strictest of confidence.
