About the Role
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll drive sales of Planit’s cutting-edge solutions, build strong client relationships, and thrive in a quick-paced environment. Based in Perth, you’ll focus on expanding our local market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by securing new clients and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
- Build and manage a balanced pipeline across technical testing, quality engineering, and digital solutions.
- Create strategic account plans to acquire key targets in Perth and WA.
- Meet revenue, margin, and order intake targets with accurate forecasting.
- Respond to tenders and advocate for Planit’s value proposition via client engagements and social media.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to support complex projects and foster client advocacy.
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets in IT, solutions, or consultative sales.
- Strong ability to identify and close pipeline opportunities quickly.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for engaging senior executives.
- Established network in Perth/WA, including public sector contacts (State/Regional government).
- Experience in contract negotiation, pipeline management, and multi-year account planning.
- Team player with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
