As a Sales Specialist, you will play a critical part in shaping and articulating solution narratives that align with our customers' business outcomes. You will bring a combination of technical expertise, commercial insight, and storytelling ability to support pre-sales and sales activities and drive engagement across stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with sales and delivery teams to develop compelling solution strategies that align with customer objectives and industry trends
* Lead customer discovery sessions and develop tailored solution recommendations across the relevant practice
* Lead the qualification of your relevant practice's opportunities to support bid/no-bid decisions
* Develop and deliver high-impact proposals, executive-ready presentations, and technical demonstrations
* Contribute to sales enablement through the creation and operationalisation of reusable assets, frameworks, and programs
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical and commercial messaging across customer touchpoints
* Maintain visibility during the transition from pre-sales to delivery, ensuring smooth handovers and managing expectations
* Engage the broader ecosystem to support co-selling, joint solutioning, and industry alignment
* Support go-to-market planning, adoption campaigns, and strategic initiatives
* Represent the Business Applications Practice in enterprise-wide initiatives, regional planning forums, and cross-practice collaborations
* Contribute thought leadership content through events, storytelling, and the creation of scalable IP
* Drive and contribute to large major bids/RFP's/RFI's etc
Requirements:
* Proven experience in solution consulting, advisory in your relevant practice, the technology stack, or consulting environment
* Deep expertise in Microsoft Business Applications (Dynamics 365 & Power Platform) full suite of offerings
* Proven experience in your relevant practice go-to-market strategies and associated packaged offerings
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence pipeline performance and shape go-to-market strategies
* Excellent communication skills with a focus on executive-ready narratives, solution proposals, and presentation delivery
* Demonstrated ability to build rapport with senior stakeholders and align technical and business perspectives
* Experience developing scalable enablement programs, tools, and sales frameworks
