This role will be based in Indonesia but relocation support is available for the right candidate. As Country Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams, build strong relationships with major mining companies, EPCMs, and Conveyor OEMs, and drive market share expansion.
We are seeking an individual with proven executive leadership experience in industrial, mining services, or heavy engineering sectors. Key responsibilities include sales, operations, leadership development, and strategic planning.
Travel will be required across Indonesia and the region. Strong commercial and financial acumen, a strong ethical compass, and the ability to lead cross-cultural teams are essential qualities for this role.
