About the Role

We are looking for a confident, resilient and experienced Program Manager (Team Leader) to join our growing team. Our ideal candidate will have a 'Can do attitude', think outside the box and have a passion for ensuring our clients and young people are at the centre of everything we do.

This role will be based in our state office in Osborne Park, managing multiple teams of care staff across metropolitan Perth.

On Call

You will be part of an afterhours on‐call roster.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead, Mentor and Manage your Support teams in line with the ISA values and behaviours.
* Ensure delivery of program services in accordance with program budgets and Business Plans.
* Deliver programs which are compliant with legislation, trauma informed practice, contractual requirements and internal policy and procedure.
* Managing competing priorities while maintaining calm, effective leadership.
* Model a flexible and creative approach that is person centred, enabling and supporting choice and control with the balance of business and operational need.
* Model appropriate conflict resolution, communication and positive behaviour management skills.
* Oversee a caseload and Support team.

Skills, Experience & Personal Attributes

* A qualification in Human Services or similar - noting applicants with considerable sector experience will be considered.
* Experience in residential care, youth work, disability, mental health, or community services.
* Previous leadership or supervisory experience within a care environment.
* Understanding of current casework practice for children and young people, including trauma-informed, permanency-focused, and therapeutic case plans.
* Knowledge of child development, complex behaviours, and community services practice.
* Demonstrated experience in managing competing priorities and delivering outcomes within agreed timeframes and quality standards.
* Demonstrated experience working in a dynamic, high-volume work environment.
* Demonstrated ability to support productive working relationships and manage staff.
* Ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders including peers, employees, external organisations, funding bodies and government agencies.
* Demonstrated ability to contribute to strategic thinking, problem solve and communicate with influence.
* Experience in crisis intervention and management.

Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
