**About your New Role**
We're seeking a passionate marketer to support our ActionCOACH Marketing Team across Asia Pacific.
This fast-paced role will suit someone creative with digital marketing skills including social media and design, have a can-do mindset and a passion for learning.

You will be responsible for being the social voice of the community interactions. You will develop communications with our Coaches and Teams in multi-channels. You will help to co-ordinate local area marketing, manage roll-out of new products and programs across the network, and report to our General Manager.
- Responsibilities will include but are not limited to;_
- Driving Local Area Marketing, on and offline.
- Building strong relationships within the community.
- Communications and community engagement activities, including project rollouts, promoting events such as training both online and in person.
- You will be responsible for components of onboarding of new franchise partners and developing their 90-day Growth Plan and Local Area Marketing Plan.
- Managing adherence to brand compliance and IP protection across the network.
- Work with the General Manager on strategic partnerships that grow the brand and generate local leads.
- Manage and coordinate regional conferences and company events including overseeing logistics, coordinating with vendors, creating run-sheets, and registrations.

- Experience with Adobe Suite (InDesign/Photoshop) an advantage.
- Knowledge of HubSpot CRM an advantage.
- Confidence working remotely both as part of a team and independently.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
