* Lindfield Gardens is a serene and peaceful retirement living community nestled amongst bushland in East Lindfield.

* We are looking for a Grounds Maintenance Team Member to join our team, working part-time Wednesday to Friday 8.00am-4.00pm.

About the Role
">
">
* You will attend to various maintenance requests around the village (basic domestic repair tasks).
">
* Carry out preventative maintenance tasks such as pool checks, high-pressure cleaning, smoke alarm checks, and bins etc.
">
* Liaise with your fellow maintenance team to ensure projects undertaken are completed to a high standard.
">
* Use our system app to log, track, and record the progress of jobs completed.
">
* Help out around the village with additional tasks.
">
* Be a friendly face to the residents and work alongside a fantastic team.
">
">
Required Skills and Qualifications
">
">
* A genuine interest in learning new skills, being outdoors, and hands-on who will enjoy chatting with residents.
">
* Skilled or experienced in domestic repair or handyperson tasks (e.g. carpentry, gardening, painting) highly desired.
">
* Driver's license required.
">
* Two COVID-19 Vaccinations required.
">
* Current Police Check certificate required, but if you do not have one, we can complete it for you.
">
