Responsibilities include:
* Ensuring all Disability Support Worker shifts are filled daily when absences occur
* Contacting DSWs to notify of shift changes after rosters have been published
* Administering DSW availability notifications and processing through Flowlogic

Requirements include:
* Prior experience in rostering, scheduling or workforce management, preferably in disability services
* Excellent organisation and time management skills
* Friendly and professional communication skills
* A proactive approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
