Regional Business Director
The Regional Business Director is responsible for building, leading, and retaining a high-performing team. This position focuses on ensuring that the activities of Representatives under their direction contribute to the company's sales objectives.
This role contributes to revenue and profit goals by ensuring sales goals are met and expenses are managed in a fiscally responsible manner. The Regional Business Director will coach and mentor Representatives within assigned regions to enhance overall sales capabilities.

* Achieves success in complex selling environments with collaboration and cross-functional discipline
* Responsible for strategy and selling process of significant accounts in assigned geographies
* Plans and executes territory strategies to win account opportunities and achieve overall sales targets
* Directs sales for the region and sets performance goals accordingly
Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries. Minimum 3+ years of pharmaceutical sales management experience with leadership and measurable, sustained performance.
