A Clinical Leader is required to provide high-quality leadership across a range of child and family mental health programs. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to guide multidisciplinary teams, support early intervention, and ensure the delivery of evidence-based care for children and families.

About the Role

* Provide expert guidance and supervision to ensure high-quality care is delivered across all programs.
* Manage a clinical caseload while also fulfilling team leadership and service coordination duties.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead diverse teams and foster collaborative partnerships across multiple child and family mental health programs.
* Support staff development and performance planning across all program areas.
* Uphold culturally safe and trauma-informed practices, particularly in work involving Aboriginal children and families.


Requirements

* Tertiary qualifications in a mental health-related discipline, such as Social Work, Nursing, Psychology, or Occupational Therapy, with a minimum of three years' professional registration.
* Demonstrated leadership experience in clinical practice, multidisciplinary team supervision, service coordination, and conflict resolution.
