Your New Role
As the Project Manager, you will take ownership of the full lifecycle for a large scale
solar and battery energy storage (BESS)
project.
This is a 12-month, site-based contract
with potential for extension or permanent employment. In this role, you will drive projects from contract finalisation through construction to successful commissioning and operation.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver utility scale solar and BESS projects from contract award through to completion
* Manage EPC contracts, project scope, schedules, budgets, and construction risks
* Lead site based and cross functional teams, including contractors and key consultants
* Monitor project costs and forecasts, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency
* Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory requirements
* Track and report on project progress, risks, and critical milestones
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, authorities, and local stakeholders
Your Experience
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
* Demonstrated experience delivering large scale utility renewable energy projects in Australia
* Strong project management capability with solid commercial and contractual knowledge
* Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a site based environment
* Excellent communication, organisational, and problem solving skills
* Experience managing risk within complex construction projects
