Incident and Compliance Professional
The Incident and Compliance Professional plays a vital role in managing and resolving incidents, complaints, and investigations to ensure robust risk management systems.
This critical position requires a professional with certifications or qualifications related to incident management, or a degree in a relevant field.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in managing incidents, complaints, and/or investigations and implementing policies, procedures, and processes to coordinate this.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and support investigations, internal panel reviews of findings, and manage engagements of investigators.
* Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and tools for incident and complaint management.
* Work with organisational stakeholders to ensure effective integration, adoption, and continuous improvement of incident and complaint management systems.
* Deliver training to build investigation capability.
* Participate in maintaining overviews of all reported incidents and complaints.
* Prepare regular reports on the effectiveness of incident and complaint management for relevant committees, and participate in analysis of data from incidents and complaints to identify trends and areas for improvement.
