We are now looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to lead our growth and client engagement efforts in Adelaide and beyond.
About the Role As Business Development Manager, you will play a vital role in expanding our reach and strengthening our partnerships.
You'll be the face of EasAbility Care within the community and among referral networks, working closely with stakeholders to drive participant engagement and position us as a provider of choice.
You will collaborate with our internal clinical and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction, but your core focus will be growth—identifying opportunities, creating connections, and opening doors.
Lead Client Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to increase NDIS participant referrals, enquiries, and service uptake.Build Strategic Partnerships: Engage with support coordinators, allied health professionals, plan managers, LACs, community organisations, and other key stakeholders.Brand Representation: Represent EasAbility Care at networking events, expos, industry forums, and professional meetings to promote our services and values.Market Insights & Strategy: Monitor NDIS trends, community needs, and competitor activity to inform growth initiatives and service innovation.Referral Pipeline Management: Establish and nurture a consistent pipeline of new clients and referrals aligned with our capacity and values.Support Seamless Onboarding: Liaise with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from referral to service commencement for new clients.We're seeking a confident, purpose-driven relationship builder who can connect, inspire, and deliver results.
Proven experience in business development, stakeholder engagement, or relationship management, ideally within the NDIS, disability, healthcare, or community sectors.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build rapport across a diverse stakeholder base.Strategic mindset with strong organisational and planning abilities.Self-motivated and proactive with a passion for person-centred care and community impact.Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel locally as required.Highly Desirable: Existing networks in the NDIS or community care space.Understanding of NDIS funding, processes, and the disability landscape in Australia.Why Join EasAbility Care?
