What You'll Do
Supervise the performance of a large team to meet production targets and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures
Lead, motivate and engage team members by applying effective people management processes and practices
Build and promote a positive and efficient team environment
Daily management of the business to achieve planned/budgeted KPIs, cost outcomes, safety measures, performance standards and service levels.
Complete administrative tasks associated with managing the team including management of leave, time and attendance and injury management.
Effectively communicate with team members and key stakeholders.
Focus on the continuous improvement of systems and processes.
What You'll Bring
Demonstrated experience in leading, coaching and managing teams to meet objectives
Strive to be a true leader, with a proven ability to lead, inspire, engage and recognise your teams achievements
Communication skills, both verbal and written
Possess a proven history in coaching and mentoring others
Knowledge of warehouse management systems such as WMS and TMS
Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft suite
Forklift Licence is a requirement
