As a
Senior Recruitment Consultant
, you will play a key role in client development, candidate sourcing, and the end-to-end recruitment process. You'll work closely with clients to build strong partnerships, while delivering high-quality candidates and achieving sales targets.
* Applicants must demonstrate solid knowledge of nursing practices and the healthcare environment.
Day to day you will...
* Building and nurturing long-term client relationships to support growth
* Proactively sourcing, screening, and managing candidates through multiple channels
* Providing candidates with advice on market trends, salary levels, and career opportunities
* Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from advertising to placement
* Maintaining accurate candidate and client records in the recruitment database
* Meeting agreed KPIs and contributing to team targets
