Job Title: Financial Controller
This key position is responsible for managing the company's day-to-day finance function. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and leadership abilities.
The successful candidate will also be involved at the board level, providing financial advice and contributing to strategic decision-making.
Additionally, this role will involve designing and implementing new systems and financial controls, as well as liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Qualifications:
* CA/CPA qualification
* 5+ years hands-on experience in a similar role
* Exposure to civil contracting and mining sectors (desirable)
