Lead Residential Aged Care Facility Manager
We are seeking a skilled Facility Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional care and guide our multidisciplinary team at our 90-bed residential aged care home in Ballarat. The role involves coordinating the delivery of high-quality services that meet individual needs, developing and implementing operational plans to improve efficiency and productivity, managing budgets, supervising staff and building strong relationships with residents, families and external stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* No less than 5 years' clinical experience in residential aged care
