Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:
* Liaise across multiple P&C areas and stakeholders to gather program details, updates, and requirements
* Set up, coordination, and management of Program artefacts including reports, risks, issues, and change requests
* Complete the coordination of program supporting materials to ensure objectives of initiatives and business outcomes are clear, concise, and transparent
* Input on initiatives including definitions of done, sequencing of deliverables and cost/benefit estimations
* Assist in running and managing program and quarterly planning dashboard reporting
* Maintain the P&C Front Door and Change Request process across P&C
We're looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll need:
* Experience in professional services
* Experience in business and process analysis within a project delivery environment
* We prefer that you've worked on transformation projects or mergers/acquisitions previously
* Proficiency with Microsoft suite – Excel, PowerPoint and Word
* Strong Analytical skills
* Attention to detail, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
* Excellent interpersonal skills to maximise relationships with key internal and external stakeholders at various levels.
