We're looking to connect with experienced Senior Change Managers who are known for being hands‐on, pragmatic, and comfortable operating in the reality of delivery, not just producing plans and artefacts.
This role is suited to someone who enjoys being close to the work, spending time with impacted teams, working alongside project leaders, and helping organisations navigate change in practical, human ways.
What this kind of role typically involves
Depending on the engagement, you may:
* Lead the people side of complex change initiatives from mobilisation through to stabilisation
* Work closely with project and business leads as a trusted delivery partner
* Spend time with impacted stakeholders to understand real operational impacts
* Support adoption through practical techniques such as scenario-based discussions, walkthroughs, and confidence‐building activities
* Identify and manage business readiness risks as they emerge
* Stay actively involved during key transition points, not just at planning stages
* Adjust approach as conditions evolve, rather than relying on fixed frameworks
What we're looking for

* Have strong experience as a Senior Change Manager or similar
* Are comfortable working in complex, operational, and multi‐site environments
* Prefer hands‐on delivery over purely advisory roles
* Take a human‐centred, pragmatic approach to change
* Build credibility quickly with frontline teams and leaders alike
* Are flexible, thoughtful, and outcomes‐focused
