We are seeking a dynamic, hands‑on leader to oversee the daily operations of our Emerald branch, encompassing our wholesale and retail divisions. This pivotal role is responsible for driving business growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction through operational excellence and strategic leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage branch operations to ensure efficiency across all aspects of the business
* Supervise and develop branch staff, fostering a learning and high-performance culture
* Develop and implement service offering strategies to drive sustainable business growth and profitability
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring long‑term contacts and superior service excellence
* Manage the branch budget, financial performance, and cost controls
* Collaborate with internal teams to align customer service strategies with business objectives
What You Need:
* A successful track record in a similar role ideally gained in the automotive / marine or similar business
* Strong leadership skills with proven capability of motivating and leading sales teams
* Some financial acumen and P&L management experience
* Excellent communication, customer service, and problem‑solving skills
* Results‑driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
