We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to join our client, a market leader in the buildings & construction industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, encompassing all aspects of commercial project management, including stakeholder management, contract negotiation, design, build, and construction, as well as a good knowledge of HSE.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage full life cycle projects from initial inception with clients through to design and build and construct on site.
* Cover all aspects of commercial project management, including stakeholder management, contract negotiation, and design, build, and construction.
* Develop and implement effective project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
* Maintain excellent relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the buildings and construction industry.
* Degree in a relevant field, such as construction management or engineering.
* Proven track record of successful project delivery, with a focus on quality, safety, and budget.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
* Familiarity with HSE regulations and best practices.
