What you'll do In this role, you will maintain and update the configuration management database that supports critical telecommunications services across Queensland Health sites. You will validate and ensure the accuracy and integrity of configuration data to support operational reliability. You will implement database updates arising from approved changes, incidents and maintenance activities. You will manage service changes for telephony, paging and messaging systems, including coordinating stakeholder review and approvals. About you We are searching for someone who has: * Proven and sound experience in maintaining a CMDBs in large-scale ICT environments, preferably within health or government sectors. Experience in daily hands-on experience in configuration analysis and ServiceNow administration managing asset data, telecommunications records, and service configurations. * Proven and sound experience in supporting and maintaining enterprise telecommunications CMDB systems in complex environments. * Proven and strong experience proficiency with excel and with ITSM tools such as QHSNOW CMDB is essential, along with hands-on experience in managing complicated configuration items. * Proven and sound experience ability in utilising ITSM tools such a QHSNOW in a large and complex ICT environment * Well-developed interpersonal, written and oral communication skills including the ability to negotiate, advise, influence others and work collaboratively with people to make decisions.
