We are seeking a Paralegal to join our team, providing high-level administration and file work on family law matters.
The ideal candidate will have strong written communication skills, a keen eye for accuracy, and experience working with legal documents.
You will be responsible for undertaking brief preparation for counsel, briefing letters to experts, administration of subpoena and material produced, preparation and coordination of family law documents, legal research, and providing high-level assistance in offices across the State.
About Us
We are a state-wide organization providing legal services to socially and economically disadvantaged people across NSW. We deliver legal services in most areas of criminal, family, and civil law through our Central Sydney office and 21 regional offices.
We employ approximately 900 staff and work closely with partners including LawAccess NSW, Community Legal Centres, and the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Legal Service NSW/ACT.
Our long-term strategic direction is overseen by a Board appointed by the Attorney General, while day-to-day management is the responsibility of the Chief Executive Officer assisted by a Senior Executive.

hold Australian or NZ citizenship, Australian Permanent Residency
willing to do a Criminal Record Check
some roles may require remote travel
