Job Title: Sales Support Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and update CRM (HubSpot) with leads, client interactions, and opportunities.
* Prepare quotes, proposals, sales documentation, and presentations for clients.
* Coordinate client meetings, communications, and follow-ups to ensure smooth sales processes.
* Support directors and sales team with reporting, diary management, and travel bookings.
* Track sales pipeline, deal status, and key deadlines to meet business objectives.
* Assist with client onboarding and maintain contact databases to enhance customer relationships.
* Provide light marketing support, including presentations, social media, and website updates.
* Ensure sales processes adhere to internal procedures and brand standards.
* Offer general administrative support to the team, including formatting and scheduling tasks.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in a related role within the commercial sector.
* Administration/operation managers from the residential industry seeking career advancement are considered.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
