The HR Partner Lead acts as the primary contact for business leaders, understanding their strategy and partnering on HR leadership matters. They manage HR metrics, collaborate across functions, and support escalations. For Avanade support, this role focuses on HR support specific to Avanade.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a team of HR Partners, aligning their efforts with business needs and talent strategies.
* Provide coaching, learning, and career guidance to the HR team.
* Support escalations with executive stakeholders.
* Engage with Practice Leaders to understand and coach on business and people strategies.
* Manage HR metrics, sharing insights and targets with business leaders.
* Offer leadership coaching and guidance.
* Oversee critical HR processes like performance management.
* Drive initiatives on inclusion, diversity, and employee wellbeing.
* Collaborate on talent strategy development and execution.
* Manage complex employee relations and provide coaching to leaders.
Job Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
* At least 10 years of HR experience, with 5+ in leadership roles.
* Proven strategic HR management and business partnering skills.
* Deep understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
* Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
* Analytical skills for metrics and data-driven decisions.
* Experience with talent management, organizational development, and change management.
* Proactive and adaptable to changing environments.
