What you'll be doing
Warehouse duties including receiving of goods in and picking, packing and dispatching customer orders.
Customer sales - including front counter and over the phone.
Handling customer enquiries and orders via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Maintaining a high level of warehouse standards and accurate inventory records.
Assisting with other administrative tasks as required.
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a customer service or warehousing role.
Minimum 1‐2 years of customer service or warehousing experience required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service.
Proficient in using computer systems and software, including inventory management tools.
Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
A team player with a positive attitude and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
Must be able to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 20 kg.
Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
