**Retail Performance Manager Job Summary:**
We are seeking a driven and energetic Retail Performance Manager to drive sales performance in retail partner stores.
This role involves managing, coaching, and motivating field teams daily to achieve excellence in customer service and high-level productivity.
The ideal candidate will build and nurture strong commercial relationships with key field partners and ensure retail growth performance in-store meets store and state targets.
This role is based in Queensland, reporting to our head office in Sydney.
Retail Responsibilities:
- Ensure in-store product and services growth performance meets store and state targets.
- Monitor KPIs and implement action plans with teams to ensure goals are met.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with main actors in-store at Myer and Sephora.
Management Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Counter Managers, Beauty Advisors, and Brow Experts.
- Analyze individual and team results using Benefit monitoring tools.
- Actively participate in store activities, leading by example.
- Analyze region category performance and take strategic action to improve sell-through in stores.
Education Responsibilities:
- Identify training needs and address them liaising with the Head of Education.
- Responsible for instore training and upskilling of team members focusing on product knowledge, brow services, and sales methodology.
- Coach instore team members with a mindset of 'excellence of customer service.'
Requirements:
- Proven commercial experience and success across multi-site retail locations.
- At least 3 years of Team management - large teams.
