Integrity is a West Australian owned and operated recruitment and staffing agency, with over 20 years' experience in the WA marketplace. We provide permanent and temporary recruitment solutions, as well as HR services and consultancy to the WA State Government, Not-for-Profit Sector and Private Industry throughout WA.

Our client is looking for a HR admin to do a lot of inbox maintenance, payroll processing and drafting of contracts.

Main information:

* Start ASAP in Subiaco (Close to train)
* $55+ Super hour
* This role is due to go for months so you need to have residency / citizenship to be successful for this role
* State Government Department
* Full time office hours Monday - Fridays
* You will need a national police clearance within 6 months and 2 work related references

Key Duties

* Provide administrative support to HR Business Partners, including coordinating recruitment activities, preparing advertising documentation, scheduling interviews, and managing related communication.
* Support new employee onboarding by preparing contracts, processing new starter documentation, and entering personnel data into the payroll system (SAP).
* Coordinate redeployment clearances, including internal processes and liaison with relevant external bodies.
* Monitor the HR inbox and respond to general employee enquiries in collaboration with the People and Culture team.
* Process payroll‑related transactions accurately and within required timeframes.
* Maintain up‑to‑date and compliant employee records with a strong focus on data accuracy.
* Extract and compile HRIS data for regular and ad hoc reporting, including tracking tasks and probation milestones.
* Coordinate HR activities such as inductions for People and Culture and business units.
* Prepare documentation to support role establishment, classification, and job evaluation processes.
* Assist with learning and development activities, including workshops, inductions, and administration of the Learning Management System.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the review and development of HR policies, processes, and procedures.
* Provide general support to the broader People and Culture team.

Essential selection criteria

1. Demonstrated experience in delivering a range of Human Resources management support services including recruitment administration, payroll processes and onboarding.

2. Knowledge of Human Resources policies, practices, standards and knowledge of the relevant legislation, industrial instruments, and processes

3. Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced human resource environment with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines

4. Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders and work collaboratively as part of a team
