About the Role:
This position will operate within the Warfighting Applications Product Line area of the Networks and Applications Support Organisation, ICT Delivery Division, Chief Information Officer Group.
The successful candidate will assist a Program Manager in delivering project objectives. Key responsibilities include:
* Providing coordination services to support project activities.
* Coordinating regular meetings and other events as required.
* Supporting the development, maintenance and improvement of project management frameworks, including plans and tools for effective scope, cost, procurement, schedule, risk, resource, performance monitoring, benefits realisation (testing and evaluation), communication, information and stakeholder engagement.
* Maintaining and improving information management practices and project documentation.
* Supporting commercial procurement activities, including the collaborative development of Statements of Work with Strategic Partners.
Additional organisational and project support duties as required.
