Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Subiaco Business Centre as an Entry Level, Junior Receptionist / Office All Rounder. Based in Subiaco, Western Australia, this full-time role will see you providing a warm and professional front-of-house experience to all visitors and clients. You will be the friendly face and voice of the company, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
* Greeting and welcoming all visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner
* Handling incoming phone calls, emails and enquiries with excellent customer service in a clear voice
* Providing administrative support such as photocopying, filing, data entry and other general office duties
* Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
* Assisting with other duties as required to support the broader team
Qualifications
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional manner
* Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to provide a warm and welcoming experience
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Competent in using standard office equipment and software (e.g. Microsoft Office)
* Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required
* Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities as required
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency required
