Job Description:
* Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure robust, transparent, and efficient procurements are undertaken in line with project schedules.
* Ensure that SQE's risk allocation objectives and tolerance are considered in all procurement processes.
* Deliver procurement services across the business, including managing consultants and advisers to ensure financial close for projects.
* Provide commercial and procurement expertise, advice, and assistance across all business units.
* Ensure major procurements have clear procurement plans and tender evaluations.
* Oversee negotiations on major procurement projects with external parties.
* Engage with development and technical teams to define project requirements, specifications, and key risks.
* Oversee the development of contract schedules (technical and commercial) and coordinate drafting and review of major contracts.
