Boutique growing Financial planning practice Hybrid work & part time options available Role located in Hampton Boutique growing Wealth planning practice are seeking a self-motivated Financial Planning Assistant/Paraplanner to provide professional administrative support to the wealth management activities of the business. In this client facing role, you'll be working closely with financial planners to build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients Key day to day responsibilities Preparing SOAs and ROAs for review Scheduling client meetings and diary management Maintaining client records and other general administrative tasks Assist the Advisers to provide strategic financial planning and investment advice across investment and tax structures, Superannuation, and Retirement Planning, as well as Financial Modelling, Personal Insurance and Estate planning Act as the initial point of contacts for queries from clients and ensure exceptional client service is provided at all times; Key skills & attributes to be successful: Previous experience in a similar role within financial services Diploma of Financial Planning and/or RG146 Compliance A seasoned professional, you're hard working, resilient and committed to delivering positive outcomes for clients and colleagues.
