THE ROLE
We're looking for an experienced Practice Manager who can confidently lead clinic operations, build strong relationships with doctors, and create a supportive team culture. You\'ll oversee day-to-day operations, work closely with part-time reception staff and nurses, and ensure the clinic continues to thrive and meet its KPIs.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Leading a small team of receptionists and nurses, ensuring smooth clinic operations
Building strong, skilled relationships with doctors and supporting their patient flow
Handling rostering, staffing issues, and ensuring accountability across the team
Managing daily challenges with initiative and independence, escalating when needed
Driving performance outcomes while maintaining a supportive and respectful culture

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
5+ years' experience as a Practice Manager (medical environment preferred)
Solid leadership and staff management skills
Excellent communication skills, especially in managing doctor relationships
Confident problem-solver who thrives under pressure
Certificate IV in Practice Management (advantage but not essential)
SALARY
$75,000 - $80,000 + Super (depending on experience)
