The Position
Based in Perth, WA, this exciting leadership opportunity is to join our Health and Wellbeing team – Tastelife. The Program Manager will drive client and customer engagement, ensure consistent program delivery, and foster program growth through impactful wellbeing initiatives.
Reporting to the National Manager Health & Wellbeing, your focus will be on:
1. Business Development (Growth, Retention, and Market Leadership)
2. Customer Experience, Activations, and Engagement
3. Business Transformation (Innovation & Customer Experience)
The role will also develop cross-sector strategies and support the growth of the Tastelife program.
Beyond program management and growth, you will be accountable for meeting financial targets, managing relationships with suppliers and contractors, and developing strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders. You will contribute to the broader Tastelife strategy, helping to maintain market leadership through innovative and purposeful engagement.
The position is based in Perth but requires frequent travel to sites to build relationships with site teams, clients, and employees.
The Person
* Tertiary qualification or relevant industry experience in project management, public health, sales, marketing, innovation, or technology
* 5+ years' experience in project planning, business development, community or event planning, or similar roles
* Experience in relationship management and stakeholder engagement
* High-level interpersonal skills and alignment with Compass Values and Behaviors
* Passion for promoting community, social engagement, and cultural diversity and inclusion
* Knowledge of health promotion theories and evidence-based practices
* Ability to assess needs, implement, and evaluate wellbeing intervention strategies
* Flexibility in work hours and roster, with willingness to travel nationally
* Proven experience in developing, delivering, and evaluating community engagement projects
* Background in health and wellbeing program delivery
* Commercial acumen supporting budget management
* Skills in Adobe Suite and MS Office
