We're seeking an experienced Health & Safety Business Partner to join our team and make a meaningful impact across our radiology clinics in Queensland.
This newly created role involves working closely with clinic teams to lead health and safety initiatives, ensure compliance, and support a proactive safety culture.
The role requires regular travel throughout Queensland, including regional locations like Rockhampton and Mackay, with occasional travel to Western Australia.
It's ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships across locations and is comfortable with frequent travel.
Key Responsibilities Providing strategic health & safety advice to regional leaders and clinic teams.
Developing tailored safety policies and procedures for radiology operations.
Conducting risk assessments, audits, and training to meet safety standards.
Leading incident investigations and promoting continuous improvement.
Supporting over 40 clinics with regular travel across SE Queensland.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
About You You are a hands-on safety professional with a strong operational and collaborative background, ideally in healthcare or radiology.
You enjoy working closely with frontline teams and: Hold tertiary qualifications in Health and Safety.
Have extensive experience in operational health & safety roles, preferably in healthcare or radiology.
Can facilitate risk assessments, safety training, audits, and incident investigations.
Possess high-level computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, online learning, and incident management systems.
Have experience building relationships and providing practical business support.
Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Can influence and drive change across teams.
Have a valid driver's license and access to a car for travel.
