Workforce Capability & Planning (WCP) Administrator
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Workforce Capability & Planning (WCP) Administrator to support our Workforce Capability team on a fixed-term, part-time basis (45 hours per fortnight) until 15 January 2027. There is flexibility with how the successful candidate would like to work their hours.
The WCP Administrator plays a key role in supporting the delivery of workforce capability initiatives at the City of Swan. The successful candidate will be required to provide high-quality administrative support across a range of workforce capability programs, including employee and leadership development, corporate induction, and the position change process. In addition, the position works closely with the WCP Coordinator and WCP Business Partner and is to contribute to process improvements within the WCP team.

Key Accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
* Administer the selection, attendance and completion records for WCP development programs
* Ensure the logistics, room bookings, calendar invites, catering and stationery are ordered for WCP programs
* Provide support with contract management and procurement of programs and systems the WCP team are responsible for.
* Actively administer and oversee the position change request process within Technology One.
* Compile and prepare reports as directed by the WCP Coordinator & WCP Business Partner
* Ensure that documentation and systems related to WCP processes are accurately administered.
* Update appraisals and performance plans in Technology One.
* Be the first point of contact for programs that the WCP team are responsible for.
* Assist the senior Workforce Capability and Planning team members with administration, statistics and research where necessary.

The successful candidate will have the following:
* Minimum Certificate IV or Undergraduate degree in HR or related field (or working towards)
* Sound knowledge and understanding of HR, L&D and Learning Management Systems
* Proficiency in MS Office
* Advanced customer service, time management and organisation skills
* A satisfactory National Police Certificate

The salary for this position will be from $72,362.16 - $87,036.08 per annum pro rata, depending on the skills and experience of the successful applicant.
