About the Role:

* Deliver exceptional administrative support to our team members, focusing on property management tasks and activities.


Key Responsibilities:

* Manage data entry across multiple systems with accuracy and precision.
* Compile inspection reports in a timely manner.
* Maintain effective communication with tenants, contractors, and landlords regarding maintenance requests.
* Train in conducting thorough property inspections.
* Provide prompt responses to tenant inquiries via phone and email.
* Sustain accurate and up-to-date property files and records.
* Process lease documentation and renewals efficiently.
* Coordinate key collections and returns securely.
* Update tenant and property databases regularly.
* Prepare comprehensive reports for landlords and property managers.
* Prioritize general correspondence and administrative tasks effectively.

We require a candidate with strong organizational skills, proficient computer use, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude. The pay rate is negotiable depending on experience.
