Your expertise and enthusiasm will make you a valued subject matter expert!Day to day you will:Be responsible for high volume timesheet award interpretation and data entry.Process large volumes of end-to-end new employee contracts, terminations and relevant employment changes.Process timely payroll transactions, calculations as well as peer checking relevant pay run.Provide exceptional customer service answering general level 2-3 payroll queries including but not limited to awards, policies, superannuation, and taxation.Adhere to all relevant awards/legislative instruments and relevant legislation.Prepare timely delivery of employee pay advice, government agency reporting and ad hoc payroll reporting.Collate payroll documentation and ensure all processes and submissions are audit compliant.Undertake all leave reconciliations i.e., annual leave, long service leave and sick leave and any other leave as required.QualificationsWhat we would like to see:Previous payroll experience in large and complex organisations.Comprehensive knowledge of superannuation, taxation, payroll tax and other payroll legislative requirements.Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a flexible, multi-functional team environment.Strong numeracy and excel skills.Experience in processing large volumes of work while meeting strict deadlines and maintaining a high level of accuracy and service.Experience in TimeTarget Workforce Management system and Chris 21 is desirable but not essential.Additional InformationOur Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion:At Nine, we are committed to fostering a workforce that embraces all aspects of diversity and inclusion and where practices are equitable to ensure our people experience a sense of belonging.
