360 Personnel a leading provider of labour hire, is partnering with a highly recognised business to deliver a major project in Hobart over the coming months. With multiple streams of work underway, we are seeking a motivated Project Manager (Tier One or Tier Two) to join the delivery team and support this high profile initiative.

About the role:
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work across business improvement, delivery and supporting the crews on the project, assisting the on site managers.
Responsibilities
* Supporting the delivery of a large project.
* Coordinating schedules, meetings, documentation and reporting.
* Managing daily logs and assisting with risk mitigation.
* Working closely with senior management and project leads.
* Providing clear communication to internal stakeholders.
* Facilitating basic onsite workshops, progress meetings and vendor engagement.
* Overseeing project schedules, risks, issues and quality assurance.
* Driving delivery outcomes with autonomy and accountability.
Qualifications and Experience
* 1 - 3 years experience in Project coordination or Junior PM role.
* 1-3 years experience in a similar role or a junior looking to get experience.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to manage competing priorities and learn new systems quickly.
* Strong management skills and willingness to learn.
* Confident in working in structured governance environments.
* Understanding of Tier One or Tier Two experience levels for project management roles.
* Experience with any construction projects is preferred.
* Australian work rights are required for this position.
* Trade background is preferred for this role.
* Relevant qualifications are welcomed but not essential.
