Talent Acquisition Initiatives
You will design and deliver recruitment strategies that attract top legal talent to Crown Law.
* Build proactive talent pipelines, including expressions of interest and future workforce planning.
* Act as a trusted candidate contact, ensuring a positive and personalised recruitment experience.
* Support and advise hiring managers with legal market insights and practical recruitment tools.
* Develop and champion Crown Law's Employer Value Proposition (EVP), ensuring the organisation's brand and values are reflected throughout the hiring journey.
* Lead key talent projects, such as graduate programs and diversity-focused hiring pathways.
