Community Health Clinical Educator
The role of a Community Health Clinical Educator involves coordinating and delivering clinical education and supervision across multiple locations. This position will provide one-on-one and group-based support to clinical staff, ensuring they maintain evidence-based competencies aligned with relevant standards and policies.
This is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership, facilitation, and communication skills. The successful candidate will promote professional development and clinical excellence across a wide-ranging community health service.
About the Role:
* Provide clinical education and supervision to registered nurses and allied health professionals
* Develop and implement educational programs to meet the needs of the community
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve clinical excellence
* Conduct competency assessments and develop individualized education plans
* Identify and address skill gaps through targeted training and education
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
* Relevant post-registration qualifications or equivalent clinical experience
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or willingness to obtain)
* Demonstrated clinical teaching or education experience
* Current unrestricted NSW Driver's Licence and willingness to travel between sites
