About the role
Opportunities like this are rare! As the Business Analyst for Asset Protection, you will be responsible for establishing the business and technical systems requirements for a distinct group of aligned projects/workstreams, which will establish Endeavours Asset Protection capabilities including Alarm Monitoring, CCTVs and Incident Management systems and processes.
You will have the opportunity to work with business, IT and One Endeavour Transformation stakeholders and external vendors across multiple streams of work.
A day in the life of a Business Analyst @ Endeavour
1. Own the business and technical analysis efforts end-to-end across multiple streams of work/projects
2. Work closely with key internal business & technical stakeholders and external vendors to identify and capture business and systems requirements
3. Align with developers, designers and data & reporting teams while translating business requirements into technical requirements and acceptance criteria for the systems solution
4. Continuously collaborate with business and IT and One Endeavour teams in order to support and design solutions
5. Support the Request for Proposals (RFPs) process to ensure selected vendor solutions meet requirements
6. Support the development of the Asset Protection business case
7. Support identification and management of risks, issues, dependencies and assumptions related to requirements
8. Support the Program Manager and Business Lead as required with relation to requirements.

9. Facilitation skills with small groups of stakeholders
10. Systems analysis skills
11. Ability to build relationships, work with and manage small groups of stakeholders across business and IT
12. Experience in working with external vendors
13. Experience working in a matrix environment and with ambiguity
14. Experience in supporting RFPs and selection process for desired technologies.
15. Worked on Transformation programs
16. An understanding of Asset Protection technologies
