As the team continues to grow, we are seeking a Manager or Senior Manager based in Cairns.Working on projects across Queensland and Northern Australia, you will engage in diverse activities including commercial assessments, business cases, feasibility studies, economic development initiatives, and project delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesLeading multidisciplinary teams to deliver project and infrastructure advisory servicesManaging project delivery, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, reporting, and invoicingEngaging in business development activities with current and potential clientsDeveloping engagement strategies, proposals, and managing tendersContributing to team growth, sector strategies, and initiativesMaintaining relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partnersCoaching and mentoring junior staffSupporting team management and project delivery activitiesAbout YouQualifications in finance, law, commerce, engineering, or economicsExperience in consulting with knowledge of government processesExperience in project management, business case development, or economic analysis is advantageousAbility to work within multidisciplinary teams on complex projectsExperience managing projects, budgets, and resourcesStrong stakeholder engagement skillsWhy BDO?Joining BDO means becoming part of a growing, market-leading professional services firm.
