Freyssinet Australia is seeking an experiencedEngineering Team Leaderto join ourRemedial Engineering Servicesdivision, based inMelbourne.
This is a strategic leadership role focused on overseeing the Victorian region's remedial engineering operations, including business development, project delivery, and team management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of engineers and technical staff across remedial and cathodic protection design projects
Oversee the delivery of maintenance and monitoring contracts
Drive business development and build strong client relationships within the Victorian market
Provide technical and commercial oversight of projects
Coordinate with national teams and support internal initiatives as required
Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering, with exposure to remedial works and cathodic protection preferred
Proven leadership and team management experience
Strong engineering design and project management skills
Commercial and financial acumen
Ability to operate autonomously and lead the local strategy
Local industry knowledge and market familiarity
Vehicle: Car allowance provided
Tools: Laptop and mobile phone supplied
Location: Melbourne-based, with occasional interstate travel
Preferred Candidate
We are looking for a locally based engineering professional with a strong understanding of the Victorian remedial market.
A background in engineering design and project execution, combined with commercial awareness and leadership skills, will be key to success in this role.
