Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
Processing property-related transactions for the sales department
Daily disbursements from the sales trust account
Monitoring marketing expenditure and vendor cost recovery
Liaising with management, sales agents, and buyers/sellers as required
End-of-month sales trust reconciliation and reporting usingAgent Box
To Be Successful, You Will:
Have experience in a similar role within real estate sales trust administration
Be highly competent in usingAgent Box(sales trust module)
Have a strong understanding of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
Be willing to learn and grow with our systems and processes
Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
Be reliable, honest, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
Have a positive, proactive, and can-do attitude
