Instead we are looking for a finance skilled to step into our close-knit circle and take the reigns.At the core of the role is bookkeeping and payroll.
This is where your background will lie, with advanced financial skills and experience a bonus.Alongside the number crunching, you'll lead our HR function including staff onboarding, Worksafe coordination and apprentice requirements.
Most of these people-focused tasks have a natural overlap with payroll and finance, and you'll be trained and supported by the owner in this space.We are focused on the right personality fit - not the right resume.
