Keeping up-to-date with market trends to inform recruitment strategies.
Maintaining compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Participating in HR projects as required.
The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate should have: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
Knowledge of recruitment system (Workday) is highly advantageous Have a strong track record working in Recruitment in a multinational company is a plus ·Experience in business partnering / consulting in a HR environment would be an added advantage Proven experience in a Talent Acquisition role within the industrial / manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and legislation.
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
High-level problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to work.
